Josh and I started feeling a call to the mission field several years ago. I kicked and I screamed, like I do with most things God asks of me. He’s merciful though. He continued to soften my heart and gave me the grace to obey Him.

Our family will be moving to Bogota, Colombia to attend language school and participate in a training program. We will be there for two years and then we will be moving to another Latin American location. All of this will happen when we have 100% of our support raised and in God’s perfect timing.

To learn more about what we’re doing or to partner with us go to http://www.crosscollaboration.org.

It’s been a very hard road and will continue to be. I will be leaving my parents. I grieve this already.

BUT,  He has prepared for us a city! We will live forever together and with Him. This life is a vapor. I pray I don’t waste it.

Hebrews 11:13-14, 16

“These all died in faith, not having received the things promised, but having seen them and greeted them from afar, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland. … [T]hey desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared for them a city.”

  1. So many things in life are constantly changing…. But I am so thankful that you, sweet friend, have not!! You still have a witty, sharp, loving and real personality that you totally portray in your writing! I ask about you each time I see your parents :). Can’t wait to hear about and see pictures of Baby Matthew. I know you are SO ready – it will make his arrival all the sweeter! You are loved!

    Dear beloved Brother & Sister,

Greetings to you all in the blessed Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I would like to share with you that there are 28 states in India and in our state of Andhra Pradesh there are 23 districts and 26,586 villages.

Dear Brother / Sister, the poor people in villages still suffering severely due to lack of medical facilities even for small ailments like cold, fever, diarrhea etc. There are no hospitals in these remote villages. If we conduct medical camps in villages we can attract people for medicines and at the same time we can preach the gospel to them. I have an good Christian Lending library in my town, I serve this Holy literature (Biblical material & Gospel tracts) and we win some more souls to our Lord’s kingdom. We need Biblical material to our Library purpose and my people spiritual help. Please see my ministry web site http://www.soul2soulministriesindia.blogspot.in

We also can assess how many widows are there in each village, the neglected old & sick persons, the physically handicapped persons and think about to uplift them from their poor circumstances.

Many young women are becoming prostitutes for earning livelihood because their husbands left them and they could not work. As Christian and Charitable workers the responsibility lies upon our shoulders to think, act and help to all these suffering people.

Moreover in our tours in villages we come across the people who suffer from T.B., Cancer, Paralysis, heart diseases, lepers and blind people. It is our prime duty to stretch our helping hand in the name of God to all these suffering people.

Therefore finally I request your goodselves to help us to purchase a van, medical equipment, medicines so that we may conduct medical camps in villages and relieve the people from pain & tears.

Awaiting for your favourable reply and counsel.

    Thanking you brother

    Yours brother in Christ

    Rev. P. Ephraim
